ZNI's priority is to assist mobility participants in achieving their personal and professional goals. We have identified weaknesses and gaps in the skills and knowledge of young people on one hand and the needs of the labor market on the other, challenges even the most educated individuals may face. Years of experience have shown that a well-organized preparation period is crucial for participants' successful mobility experiences, leading to improvement and development on both the professional and personal levels of the individual.
