HOSTING PROJECTS
One of our main activities is to host students that come from abroad to work in Slovenia. Besides finding a work placement for them, ZNI is concerned with all of the students' experience. That is why we try to create conditions for the best experience possible. This includes arrangement of accommodations, mentoring and evaluation, in which they benefit from our guidance and support during their program. Our participants are required to write weekly reports, where we can see their development during the project, and they have monitoring meetings every two weeks with their ZNI mentor. There is also an evaluation meeting at the end of the learning mobility, so we can assess the program itself and try to improve our work for next projects.
